Grrr. I'm giving it a little more time before I break down and try my luck with them. I'm especially excited that Rakesh Rohan plays Rishi and Neetu's prank-playing buddy -- I mean, his movies are insane, so what must his acting be like? :)Anarchivisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06599522097057431891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2246957333917525824.post-54223568568976616492010-02-22T12:36:05.057-06:002010-02-22T12:36:05.057-06:00Rishi Week! I sometimes think that between AB and Rajesh Khanna (yes, he did start out as king of the 70s!), most bloggers tend to forget the goodness that was Rishi in the 70s. My personal Rishi favorite is Khel Khel Mein - teenage romance meets Alfred Hitchcock. But then he is pretty awesome in Hum Kisi Se Kam Nahin, too, and pretty much everywhere else. Cant wait to see more of Rishi, here!Bollyviewerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17270927806254662068noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2246957333917525824.post-15470233394681559072010-02-22T09:38:35.190-06:002010-02-22T09:38:35.190-06:00Memsaab: Agreed, but even in the 80s/90s, it got t...Memsaab: Agreed, but even in the 80s/90s, it got tragically worse, but then it got better.

Anirban: Eeee, I still haven't seen Yaadon ki Baaraat. Well done! I have this thought too, "The weird thing about Amitabh is, even when I love him, I just don't have much to say," but for me I think this is because how could I start and not stop once I started. I think that's the issue for me, it would come out in a nonsensical rush, "well he has these white pants most of the time, then then he's got this rope around his neck, and then..." I'll be checking back to get my 70s Rishi fix.

All the best!
SitajiAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2246957333917525824.post-36681774815569403812010-02-22T09:17:56.503-06:002010-02-22T09:17:56.503-06:00I echo Memsaab - I was totally not expecting this ...I echo Memsaab - I was totally not expecting this (though probably should have been) and cannot WAIT to see what you're going to do!
